Does your home cinema system have problems with lip-sync? Are you frustrated that you hear audio before you see lips move or a drummer beat his drum? High quality modern plasma and LCD displays process the picture before displaying it,
resulting in a small delay. The same can also be true with multiroom AV systems where the audio and video are distributed separately around your home.
The J S Technolgy Digital Audio Delay is the solution to this situation allowing you to synchronise sound and vision again.
The JST Digital Audio Delay is very easy to use. Two buttons allow you to adjust the delay, up or down as required. It has an LCD display, making it
easy to adjust the length of delay, and monitor status of the Digital Audio Delay. Adjust from a delay of 0 to 340ms, a range which will cover the
majority of scenarios.
You simply take the digital audio feed, using a TOSLINK optical cable from the source, eg Sky or DVD and connect it into the unit. The output,
again TOSLINK, is fed back into the AV amplifier or surround sound receiver. TOSLINK optical input and output is suitable for most sources
including DVD, XBox, Sky and Freeview (available in some Freeview set top boxes).
The JST Digital Audio Delay is powered and comes complete with its own plug-top low voltage power supply.
