Video upconversion to 1080p
The Marantz DV4003 DVD player benefits from video upconversion to 1080p. "Upconversion" is the term used to describe the conversion of a lower
image resolution to an apparently higher one. In order to achieve that higher resolution, the DV4003 player fills in additional image data by assessing
existing pixels and intelligently predicting what the surrounding pixels should look like.
Upconversion is a great feature for owners of HD Ready digital TVs who want to watch their DVDs at a higher resolution that more closely matches
the capabilities of their TV. With the Marantz DV4003 upconverting to 1080p you get an HDTV picture from your existing DVDs to suit an HDTV ready
screen such as the Panasonic 50" TH-50PF10EK, 65"
TH-65PF10BK,
or the many other LCD and plasma Full HD screens.
Rip music to USB devices
This new DV4003 allows you to rip your CD to MP3 format and load it onto a portable USB stick or device.
The Marantz DV4003 plays DVD-V, DVD-R/RW, SVCD, DivX and CD-R/RW discs, including MP3, WMA and JPEG files. It’s never been easier getting
