Marantz PM6002 stereo amplifier

The Marantz PM6002 is the latest integrated amplifier built by the Marantz audio development departement. This new amplifier, which has technologies based on the famous OSE amplifier series, has taken integrated stereo amplification a new step further. With 2x 45W output, fast current delivery, customised audio components and a large toroidal transformer, the PM6002 gives an even tighter bass, clearer stereo images and a wider sound stage than it’s predecessors.

Original features from the OSE amplifiers, such as 6-line audio input including phono, two-pair gold plated speaker connections with the convenience of bi-wiring connection are still available.

Inside the specially designed low-resonance, acoustically damped, highly rigid chassis lies Marantz's Linear Drive Power Supply that should provide all the power your speakers will ever need.

This amplifier can operate at 4 Ohms impedance making it ideal for simple single zone multiroom systems in conjunction with speaker switches, eg QED Transmatch 5 way speaker switch for a 1 source to 5 rooms system.

Amongst the excellent connections are two sets of line level phono outputs for recording or using as an input to a separate multiroom amplifier for additional rooms.

A high quality RC002PM remote control complements the versatility of the Marantz PM6002.
