US style back box, double gang, metal flatpack

US style double gang metal flatpack back box

Like the single version, this US style double gang metal back box ("J Box") comes as a flatpack for easy self assembly. It is zinc plated and there are two versions available (same price):

  • Deep: to suit all products requiring a US double gang 'J' box with an internal depth no greater than 60mm. Maximum external dimensions are: 104mm x 100mm x 68mm (W x H x D). Internal dimensions 100mm x 94mm x 64mm.
  • Shallow: to suit all products requiring a US double gang 'J' box with an internal depth no greater than 44mm. Maximum external dimensions are: 104mm x 100mm x 51mm (W x H x D). Internal dimensions 100mm x 94mm x 47mm.

This J box can be used when locating a combination of two of the following items side by side:

Note that this product is not suitable for Russound ABUS A-KP3 keypad, because it requires the standard deep (75mm) back box.
