This AV Toolbox AVT3155 PC/composite Converter/Down Scaler is an ultra compact, high performance signal conversion product. With this you can convert anything
on your computer screen for viewing on a TV set or recording on a VCR because it allows PCs outputting VGA to
connect to devices that have only composite video (ie a single yellow phono socket) or S-video input connections.
This AV Toolbox AVT3155 PC/composite Converter/Down Scaler converts computer signals to standard analog video. It's settings are controlled via top panel
push-buttons. The AVT3155’s small size makes it ideal for use with laptops or desktop computers and it handles resolutions up to 1600x1200 at 60Hz
vertical refresh rate. Video outputs are simultaneously provided in Composite and S-Video formats, selectable as either NTSC or PAL.
The integral processor provides control over many signal parameters, such as: Contrast, Brightness, Color Saturation, R-G-B Levels and H-V Positioning.
The scaler is 5VDC powered and a small plug-top power supply is included.
NB: This scaler does not handle audio.
How it works
Simply connect the supplied VGA to cable to the input side of the TV One-Task PC/HD Converter/Scaler. Then connect
the other VGA to Component cable to the display device. Audio output from your source needs to be connected directly to your amplifier.
