The Canton Movie CD101 package replaces the highly acclaimed CD1 bringing a new active sub-woofer to the well proven Canton CD10 satellite speakers. Movie CD101 is perfectly attuned to both sound and vision. The package comprises four CD 10 satellite speakers in the front and surround positions for the Movie CD101 5.1 system. If you do not want to install large speakers and also do not want to sacrifice full cinema sound, this is the choice for you.

The centre speaker is specifically designed for the Movie CD101 and provides clear dialogue reproduction. It is attuned to the system’s slightly smaller dimensions and integrates extremely naturally into the acoustic pattern. The Movie CD101 centre, of course, has magnetic shielding.

The Movie CD101 active subwoofer has a strong bass and lively tone. Its bass output is perfectly tuned to the other speakers in the system. The result is an impressive cinema sound that particularly turns smaller rooms into realistic cinemas.

If you would prefer the rear surround speakers to be in-ceiling rather than free standing or wall mount CD10s, then consider the Canton In-Ceiling 70 speakers. These have the same aluminium tweeter construction as the other Canton speakers that make up the home cinema packages of the Canton Movie CD2.22 and Canton Movie CD1. This makes them ideal for use as the rear speakers in a home cinema situatuion, where it is important to match the timbre of all speakers to ensure the continous nature of the surround sound effect.
