This Webro WF100 cable is CAI 'Benchmarked', ie is assured to give satisfactory performance for
DTT (Digital Terrestrial) reception. When installing a TV distribution system around your home we strongly recommend the use of this cable to minimize
signal loss.
The Webro WF100 is constructed from a 1.0mm central conducting core of copper (not copper plated steel as with RG6), with an insulating dielectric of polyeurythene
foam. Although this makes the WF100 slightly stiffer than the older style CT100 which relies on a structured air gap, it can still be bent to a minimum radius of 65mm
without disrupting the signal.
The WF100 has a screen of copper foil and a shielding braid also of copper strands coveering 40% of the surface area. This ensures minimal signal loss compared
to cables that have aluminium foil screen and aluminium braid, and makes the WF100 cable suitable for almost all situations in a normal home TV distribution system.
