MusiQ IS (above left) and MusiQ RFS (above right) from QED Audio are 2 source wired and wireless controllers (respectively) that form
the basis of an excellent multi-room music system. Two internal 25 Watt amplifiers deliver
quality sound. These units are small standing just 6in (155mm) high!
Both MusiQ IS and RFS add 2 extra rooms to the room that your Hi-Fi currently serves and drives them independently;
different music sources can be enjoyed at different volume levels in different rooms simultaneously. If you want
music in more rooms then add another MusiQ beside the first. Designed to be daisy chained together you can deliver to 4, 6, 8 rooms and so on, see
photo.
Both systems offer independent volume control, CD functions and tuner controls in discrete wall mounted
keypads (IS) or remote controls (RFS).
The KMM keypad of the IS also features an infra-red decoder which permits commands from your existing
remote control eg Philips Pronto, to be relayed back to the central system including video, satellite or cable source.
