This range of outlet plates is specifically designed for multiroom TV
and video distribution.
Each outlet is non isolated to allow continuity of connections for IR pass-through when
using the Labgear HandyLink or Global Sky tvLINK remote IR control systems.
The compact size of the screened housings makes cable access and wiring easier.The excellent
performance means low loss, minimal ingress and negligible module cross talk.
Sky/Sky Plus/SkyHD distribution
This Labgear PSW351T termination plate is the key part of the distribution system providing all the critical outlets
for the main TV/VCR/DVD/Digibox location, including a quadplex downlink for two LNB feeds (F-type) to the main digibox location from the Sky dish,
co-ax for UHF signal to the VCR or TV, and an FM/DAB outlet for radio. It also has
co-ax for the uplink to the multi-room distribution amplifier and a telephone point for connecting
to the digibox for pay movies. For Sky digital you will use just one of these downlinks, for Sky HD and Sky Plus you will use both LNB feeds.
This will distribute the Sky signal as RF over co-ax cable. If you want to transmit it to a large LCD or plasma, then consider
using AV over category 5e cable systems
MultiMedia Plate
For situations where you require a range of TV distribution outlets and sockets for power to the AV equipment, we offer a
MultiMedia Plate. This comes in two forms:
- 'Populated' consisting of:
- MultiMedia plate with back box
- Internal segregator to allow mixing of 240V sockets and non powered outlets
- 13 Amp power sockets, 3off
- Quadplex outlet (with two downlinks for Sky Plus/Sky HD)
- Blanking plate
- TV outlet for uplink
- Phone outlet
- Data outlet
- 'Unpopulated' consisting of:
- MultiMedia plate with back box
- Internal segregator to allow mixing of 240V sockets and non powered outlets
- 13 Amp power sockets, 3off
- The 6 module spaces for non-power outlets are left unoccupied

Individual room outlets
Other outlets include single F-type for satellite, single TV and diplex TV/FM.
All these outlets are suitable for use with the HomeCabling
systems.
