How to purchase

To make a purchase, simply find the product you want and click on the buy button. When you have finished making your selection click on the checkout button in the menu bar. This will take you to a secure part of the site where you can finalise your details.

Payment over the Internet

Payments are accepted online via Credit/Debit Card or via your PayPal account. All payments are processed off site and your personal payment details are not reatained on our site.

Our e-commerce shop has a 128bit encryption to ensure payment transaction details remain secure. Once your order has been dispatched, the secure server database on which your details are temporarily held, automatically deletes them from its memory. We keep no long term electronic database of your payment details.

Other ways to pay:

Customers not wishing to pay over the Internet (which requires payment by credit or debit card or PayPal), may pay

by credit card over the telephone
by direct electronic transfer to our bank account – please call to request a pro-forma invoice

Credit card payment and validation

There is no charge made to a customer for payment by a credit or debit card. We will debit your card account when your order has been fully confirmed or when special orders or custom made items are placed on order, eg Silent Gliss curtain tracks.

For orders above certain levels we may contact you for further information as a security measure to protect both card holders and ourselves.

For purchases above £250, we may only be able to deliver to the registered card address unless payment is made using direct electronic transfer to our bank account.

For purchases above £1000, we will only be able to deliver to the registered card address unless payment is made using direct electronic transfer to our bank account.

For purchases above £1000 electronic transfer is usually required.

All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non delivery. For first purchases, we will require that delivery is made to your registered credit/debit card address or a recognised place of work, unless you wish to pay by bank transfer.

Non acceptance of orders

Orders placed over the Internet will receive an automatic acknowledgement by email. This does not imply acceptance of the order. Orders placed over the telephone will be verbally acknowledged but this also does not imply acceptance of the order.

Non acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

The product you ordered being unavailable
Our inability to obtain authorisation or additional credit card validation for your payment
The identification of a pricing or product description error
Our inability to provide a satisfactory level of after sales service due to the customer’s geographical location
Our inability to provide a satisfactory level of after sales service because the product is not being purchased for personal use, eg certain Epson products

Security of your information

CyberSelect Ltd does not maintain a database of credit card information. When you have made a purchase we will retain your name, address, etc in order to keep you up to date with future developments and maintain a database of registered software users. We will treat your information as confidential, but if you do not wish us to retain your details please advise us at the time and we will respect your wishes. We do not pass on your details to any third party, other than the supplier where goods are dispatched directly from the factory, eg Silent Gliss custom made curtain tracks, or our professional advisors, such as accountants.
