HEOS Drive is a unique 4 zone whole home audio distribution system with 8 channels of Class D amplification, all in a 2RU single chassis that features both Dolby Digital and Dolby Digital+ decoding with stereo downmixing.
Each zone features a stereo pair of pre-amp outputs, and each zone can be configured for stereo or mixed mono output. The matrix switching system features 2 optical digital inputs, 2 coaxial digital inputs and 4 analog stereo inputs, any of which can be assigned to any zone, and every zone features a dedicated USB port for connection to an external USB drive.

The HEOS app allows you to stream music from services such as Spotify, Deezer, TIDAL, Napster, TuneIn, SoundCloud, and Radio and from other services that offer DRM-free tracks. From the app you can control any and all rooms of you home with HEOS players (up to 32 zones).Simply ‘pinch’ rooms together (using the App) to join them, and allow them to play seamlessly as one.
HEOS supports MP3 and WMA music files, including purchased WMA downloads, as well as AAC (MPEG4) and FLAC (lossless) file types, along with WAV files. Supports 32 kHz, 44.1 kHz and 48 kHz sampling rates.
Up to 32 HEOS units can be set up at one time, ensuring even the largest of homes are covered for multi-room music. If you prefer wired network connections, then you can make use of the Ethernet socket that’s standard on all HEOS main systems.
