The Flexson 65X3 Ceiling speakers are sold as a pair and are the perfect partner for the Sonos Connect Amp. The Flexson 65X3 In Ceiling speakers offer outstanding value with exceptional performance. In addition the 65X3 speakers can be upgraded to square grilles if this better suited to your interior design.
These speakers offer great flexibility with placement, they can be mounted in very shallow ceiling voids (minimum 50 mm) and their moisture-proof specification makes them ideal for kitchens and bathrooms.They are 6.5″ speakers and require only a 207 mm cut out for installation.
The Flexson 65X3 speakers have triple high-frequency drivers for wide sound dispersion, plus they are switchable between Normal/Music/Speech modes for optimum sound reproduction, and have a bass attenuation control.
The Flexson 65X3 ceiling speakers offer great audio control with their switchable options, on the speaker behind the grille there are 4 adjustable switches:
A) Music, Neutral, Voice: Modifies the output to suit source signal
B) High Frequency: +6dB, 0dB, -6dB Adjust to suit your listening preference
C) Phase: 0° ,180° Inverts phase 180° for subwoofer integration (if required)
D) Subsonic: On, Off Limits low frequencies – use when installing into large void spaces to reduce excessive bass
The Sonos Connect Amp features a powerful Class-D digital amplifier powers large or small speakers with 55W per channel. By Integrating your wired speakers with the Connect Amp you can control your stored music or streaming services from a single app, which can be easily installed on your smartphone, tablet or computer. Set up is really easy as the first Connect Amp can use a hard wired or wireless WiFi connection. Subsequent Connect Amps create their own mesh network when added to the system. You can expand your system whenever you are ready, with the additional of further amps and speakers.
