We supply the components and advise on pre-wiring and installation in new
houses for PC networking, telephone networking, video
distribution for satellite, TV, and DVD, CCTV, and multi-room audio using the HomeCabling chassis shown.
The TV distribution amplifier allows IR relay to the source, using HandyLink or DigiLink.
Outlets are in white with white plastic or metal options for faceplates - see below
(specify
metal finish on order form - stainless steel, chrome or satin brass).
The mini chassis features
- 4 port host phone panel, which splits a standard phone line into 4 patchable ports
- 8 ports (green) for phone outlets, colour coded to Category 5e cable
- 8 port (red) for data (PC) outlets, colour coded to Category 5e cable
- 8 way TV distribution amplifier (8 remote rooms plus main room), with downlink and uplink, plus IR 'pass through' capability. For
IR control use the Labgear Handylink system (HandyLink system not included in patch panel kit)
- BT launch lead for connecting to incoming phone master socket (LJU plug)
- 4 green 300mm patch leads for phone patching
- White enclosure as shown in the photo, dimensions: 215mm x 430mm x 120mm deep, with large
inlet/outlet ports for cables

Optional extras
Additionally you will need a switching hub or broadband router to create your home network and/or an Internet connection.
Modular Outlets
All phone and data outlets are modular and have colour coded punch down connections for
easy installation of cabling. They simply snap into the HomeCabling frame/faceplates and
