iPort’s CONNECT PRO is a wireless charging system for Apple iPad that is designed to hold, charge and protect an iPad on a table top, wall or in a vehicle.

The system comprises of a case which wraps around an iPad to protect it plus a base and/or wall station to hold and charge the case when not in use. CONNECT PRO is the direct replacement for the iPort LAUNCH System and upgrading to CONNECT PRO is simple with Case and Base Station models comparable to those in the previous product family, and a Wall Station design that allows for a clean and simple upgrade from LAUNCH Wall Stations. If you already have he Launchport solution you can easily upgrade your wall station, as the new CONNECT PRO wall station matches its predecessors footprint for a simple swap.

The CONNECT PRO Case features a sleek and symmetrical design that is both durable and elegant. The Case allows for full access to all iPad features including power button, microphones, cameras, and speakers. Unlike previous IPORT Case solutions, the modular design of the IPORT CONNECT PRO Case allows for the ability to upgrade the physical case for future iPad generations without replacing the charging component.

The CONNECT PRO system operates using a Case and station. For permanent vertical placement, the CONNECT PRO Wall Station can be wired for power electrically or using PoE+ and optional CONNECT
PoE+ Upgrade. CONNECT PRO BaseStation can be powered optionally with the CONNECT PoE+ Upgrade or the supplied power cord for table top and solid surface docking.

NEW FEATURES

• If you decide to use the new CONNECT PRO power Sleeve with the Base Station, you can use the security features of the Base Station optional locking feature to secure the charging unit to a hard surface. In addition the Base Station features an option to secure the power sleeve to the base station with a simple key lock. This adds fabtastic security features for a commercial environment.
• As you can see form the DATA sheet the Connect PRO power sleeve can be mounted in an landscape or portrait position, when connecting to the Connect PRO wall or desk charging stations.

NOTE : The Connect Pro product family is not compatible with legacy iPort LAUNCH and system components between the two solutions cannot be combined.
